摘要目的:本研究拟通过临床观察探讨便携式制氧机改善COVID-19患者缺氧状态的效果。方法:纳入58例确诊为COVID-19患者，通过对该58例患者使用便携式制氧机进行氧疗，比较氧疗前后患者血氧饱和度及缺氧症状改善的效果。结果:58例COVID-19患者的血氧饱和度及气促等症状，在使用便携式制氧机氧疗后，均较使用前有显著改善（ P<0.001）。 结论:便携式制氧机提供的氧疗对于轻型及普通型的COVID-19患者，可达到改善血氧饱和度及缓解气促的氧疗效果。

abstractsObjective:To provide an assessment of the ability of portable oxygen concentrator (POC) in improving the hypoxic state of COVID-19 patients.Methods:58 COVID-19 patients were included in the study. The oxygen saturation and hypoxic symptoms before and after oxygen therapy with POC were compared.Result:The oxygen saturation and dyspnea symptom of 58 COVID-19 patients significantly improved after oxygen therapy with POC ( P<0.001). Conclusion:Oxygen therapy with POC can improve oxygen saturation and relieve dyspnea in mild and general type COVID-19 patients.
