摘要目的:探讨以单发脑内血肿为首发CT表现并瘤内血栓形成的大脑中动脉瘤的病例特点。方法:总结１例以单发脑内血肿为首发CT表现并瘤内血栓形成的大脑中动脉瘤的病例资料特点及随访情况。结果:患者入院后考虑存在大脑中动脉瘤，行动脉瘤夹闭+脑内血肿清除，术后随访6个月，患者生活自理。结论:以单发脑内血肿为首发CT表现并瘤内血栓形成的大脑中动脉瘤影像学表现不典型，需加强对其认识，避免临床工作中误诊、漏诊。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of middle cerebral aneurysm presented on CT as single intracerebral hematoma and intratumoral thrombosis.Method:The case data and follow-up data of a middle cerebral aneurysm patient presented on CT as single intracerebral hematoma and intratumoral thrombosis were summarized.Results:After admission, the patient was admitted to have a surgery of middle cerebral aneurysm clipping and hematoma clearance. After 6 months of follow-up, the patient could take care of himself.Conclusion:The imaging findings of middle cerebral aneurysm presented on CT as single intracerebral hematoma and intratumoral thrombosis are atypical, and it is necessary to strengthen our understanding to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in clinical work.
