摘要目的:探讨甲状腺手术患者采用优质护理服务干预对其术后并发症的预防作用。方法:收集本科2017年1月至2019年3月期间住院的甲状腺手术患者共149例做为本次的研究对象，分为常规护理组67例、优质护理组82例。常规护理组采用常规的护理方法，注重术后护理；优质护理组实施责任制整体护理，为患者提供安全、全程、全面、专业、人性化的护理服务。对比两组患者的术后并发症发生率。结果:常规护理组发生并发症22例（32.8%），优质护理组发生并发症15例（18.3%），优质护理组术后并发症的发生率低于常规护理组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ χ2=4.178， P=0.041）。 结论:优质护理干预可以降低甲状腺术后并发症的发生，值得临床推广和应用。

abstractsObjective:To discuss the preventive effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative complications in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 149 patients hospitalized for thyroid surgery in our department from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into routine nursing group (67 cases) and high-quality nursing intervention group (82 cases). The routine nursing group received the routine nursing method, paying attention to the postoperative nursing; the high-quality nursing intervention group received the responsible holistic nursing, providing safe, whole process, comprehensive, professional, and humanized nursing services for patients. The rates of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results:There were 22 cases (32.8%) of complications in the routine nursing group and 15 cases (18.3%) in the high quality nursing intervention group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the high quality nursing intervention group was lower than that in the routine nursing group ( χ2=4.178, P=0.041). Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications after thyroid surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
