摘要目的:探讨应用新型脂质胶体敷料（优拓）护理新生儿先天性皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法:对2019年4月28日收治1例患有先天性皮肤缺损的新生儿采用新型脂质胶体敷料（优拓）治疗，同时配合皮肤创面综合护理，观察及评估应用优拓护理后新生儿先天性皮肤缺损的临床效果。结果:经应用优拓敷料等综合护理9 d后顺利出院，皮肤缺损处愈合良好，无继发感染及疤痕形成，患儿舒适感好，并发症少。结论:提示联合应用优拓护理新生儿先天性皮肤缺损是操作简便、安全有效、适应性好的治疗方法。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the clinical effect of new lipido-colloid dressing (UrgoTul) applied in neonatal congenital skin defect.Methods:A neonate with congenital skin defect admitted in our hospital on April 28, 2019 was treated by new lipido-colloid dressing (UrgoTul), and was given comprehensive skin wound care. The clinical effect of neonatal congenital skin defect treated by UrgoTul was observed and evaluated.Results:The skin defect healed well after UrgoTul nursing for 9 days, without secondary infections or scars. The neonate felt comfortable and had few complications.Conclusion:UrgoTul applied in neonatal congenital skin defect is a simple, safe, effective, and adaptable treatment method.
