可视音乐联合5E康复护理模式对精神发育迟滞患儿的影响
Effect of visual music combined with 5E rehabilitation nursing model treatment on children with mental retardation
摘要目的:研究可视音乐联合5E康复护理模式治疗对精神发育迟滞(mental retardtion,MR)患儿社会适应能力及发育商数(DQ)评分的影响。方法:选取本院2018年1—11月MR患儿90例,依据建档时间分为常规组(45例)、实验组(45例),常规组采用常规康复训练治疗,实验组基于常规康复训练予以可视音乐联合5E康复护理模式治疗,统计对比两组患儿社会适应能力、治疗前后DQ评分。结果:干预6个月后,实验组患儿适应性(57.15±12.91)分、大运动(39.15±14.92)分、精细动作(48.29±13.63)分、个人-社会评分(49.27±14.57)分,分别高于常规组患儿的(50.89±12.41)分、(31.84±11.10)分、(40.97±11.92)分、(42.95±12.90)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05);实验组患儿行为记录表(79.46±6.13)分、运动量表(81.75±6.81)分、智力量表(80.69±5.79)分,分别高于常规组患儿的(69.51±5.23)分、(71.42±5.43)分、(70.32±5.51)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。 结论:可视音乐联合5E康复护理模式治疗MR患儿,能改善社会适应能力,提高DQ评分。

abstractsObjective:To study the effect of visual music combined with 5E rehabilitation nursing model treatment on social adaptation ability and development quotient (DQ) score of children with mental retardation (MR).Methods:Ninety patients with MR in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2018 were selected and divided into routine group (45 cases) and experimental group (45 cases) according to the filing time. The routine group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, and the experimental group was treated with visual music combined with 5E rehabilitation nursing model based on routine rehabilitation training. The social adaptation ability and DQ scores before and after treatment were statistically compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment, the scores of adaptability, gross motor, fine movement, and personal-social score in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group [(57.15±12.91) points vs. (50.89±12.41) points, (39.15±14.92) points vs. (31.84±11.10) points, (48.29±13.63) points vs. (40.97±11.92) points, (49.27±14.57) points vs. (42.95±12.90) points] (all P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of behavior record table, exercise scale, and intelligence scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group [(79.46±6.13) points vs. (69.51±5.23) points, (81.75±6.81) points vs. (71.42±5.43) points, (80.69±5.79) points vs. (70.32±5.51) points] (all P<0.05). Conclusion:Visual music combined with 5E rehabilitation nursing model can improve social adaptation ability and DQ score in children with MR.
