加速康复外科理念下肠内营养支持在胃癌患者围手术期的应用

Application of enteral nutrition support in the perioperative period of gastric cancer patients under the concept of fast track surgery

摘要目的:探究加速康复外科理念下肠内营养支持在胃癌患者围手术期的应用。方法:对本院在2017年5月至2019年9月期间就诊的66例胃癌患者进行随机分组,研究组33例,对照组33例,研究组给予加速康复外科理念下肠内营养支持,对照组给予常规护理,观察两组患者的手术相关指标及营养指标。结果:研究组患者首次排气时间为(37.35±3.20)h、首次排便时间为(42.39±4.03)h、切口愈合时间为(7.13±1.10)d及住院时间为(9.48±1.37)d,分别短于对照组的(44.39±4.28)h、(53.47±5.22)h、(9.83±1.43)d、(12.06±1.88)d,差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者红细胞(RBC)为(4.46±0.63)×10 12/L、血清白蛋白(ALB)为(32.79±3.76)g/L、血清前白蛋白(PA)为(191.57±16.01)mg/L,对照组分别为(3.92±0.57)×10 12/L、(27.76±3.51)g/L、(170.34±15.44)mg/L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。 结论:加速康复外科理念下肠内营养支持,应用在胃癌患者围手术期中,为患者提供优质护理干预,改善患者的营养状态,促进康复进程。

abstractsObjective:To explore the application of enteral nutrition support in the perioperative period of gastric cancer patients under the concept of fast track surgery.Methods:66 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into study group (33 cases) and control group (33 cases). The study group was given enteral nutrition support under the concept of fast track surgery, while the control group was given routine care. The operation related indexes and the nutritional indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:The time of first exhaust [(37.35±3.20) h], the time of first defecation [(42.39±4.03) h], the time of incision healing [(7.13±1.10) d], and the time of hospitalization [(9.48±1.37) d] in the study group were shorter than those in the control group [(44.39±4.28) h, (53.47±5.22) h, (9.83±1.43) d, (12.06±1.88) d], with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). The levels of RBC [(4.46±0.63)×10 12/L], ALB [(32.79±3.76) g/L], and PA [(191.57±16.01) mg/L] in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(3.92±0.57)×10 12/L, (27.76±3.51) g/L, (170.34±15.44) mg/L], with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Under the concept of fast track surgery, enteral nutrition support is applied in the perioperative period of gastric cancer patients, which can provide high-quality nursing intervention for patients, improve the nutritional status of patients, and promote the rehabilitation process.
