摘要目的:探讨集束化护理在预防脑室外引流管相关感染中的应用价值。方法:选择本院神经外科自2017年1月至2018年12月行脑室外钻孔引流术的患者106例为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各53例，对照组采用常规的护理方法，研究组采用集束化护理干预模式，观察两组脑室外引流管相关感染的发病率、引流管留置时间及术后住院时间。结果:实施集束护理预案的研究组感染发生率为1.89%，低于对照组的11.32%（ P<0.05）；术后平均携管时间和术后平均住院时间较对照组缩短，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（均 P<0.05）。 结论:应用集束化护理的策略对于控制脑室外引流管相关感染十分有效。

abstractsObjective:To explore the application value of cluster nursing in the prevention of external ventricular drainage (EVD) related infection.Methods:A total of 106 patients were chosen, who underwent external ventricular drainage in our hospital since January 2017. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, 53 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing method, while the study group received cluster nursing method. The incidence of external ventricular drainage related infection, the consecutive drainage time, and hospitalization time after operation were observed in the two groups.Results:The incidence of infection was 1.89% in study group, and 11.32% in the control group ( P<0.05); the consecutive drainage time and hospitalization time after operation in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Cluster nursing strategy is very effective in the prevention of external ventricular drainage related infection.
