摘要侵袭性纤维瘤是一种罕见、良性间质源性肿瘤。侵袭性纤维瘤的特征性是肠系膜纤维组织增生。虽然侵袭性纤维瘤偶尔会侵袭肠道或邻近组织，伴有侵袭性肌纤维母细胞增生，但缺乏恶性肿瘤发生和远处转移的能力。侵袭性纤维瘤相关性输尿管狭窄是一种罕见的泌尿系统疾患。本文报道广州医科大学附属第五医院2021年5月收治的1例输尿管侵袭性纤维瘤患者。

abstractsAggressive fibromatosis is a rare and benign stromal tumor. Aggressive fibromatosis is characterized by mesenteric fibrous hyperplasia. Although aggressive fibromatosis occasionally invades intestine or adjacent tissues with invasive myofibroblast proliferation, it lacks the ability of malignant tumorigenesis and distant metastasis. Aggressive fibromatosis associated ureteral stricture is a rare urinary disease. This paper reported a case of aggressive fibromatosis of ureter admitted to The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University in May 2021.
