换一批摘要铁死亡是新发现的一种依赖铁的非凋亡性细胞死亡方式，在急性肾损伤、肿瘤、肝病、帕金森病等疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。近期发现铁死亡也参与了糖尿病肾病（DKD）的发生发展。本文就铁死亡的发生机制及其在DKD中的研究进展进行综述，为利用铁死亡进行调控提供依据。

abstractsFerroptosis, a newly discovered non-apoptotic iron-dependent cell death pattern, plays an essential role in the development of acute kidney injury, tumors, liver disease, Parkinson's disease, and other diseases. More recently, it has been shown that ferroptosis is also involved in the development of diabetic kidney disease (DKD). In this paper, we review the mechanism of ferroptosis and its progress in DKD to provide a basis for the regulation using ferroptosis.
