摘要回顾性分析滨州医学院附属医院１例服用蒲元和胃胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎致重度肝损伤的患者的临床资料，采用Roussel Uclaf因果关系评估法（the Roussel Uclaf assessment method，RUCAM） ［ 1］ 对蒲元和胃胶囊与肝损伤的因果关系进行评估，通过文献检索对蒲元和胃胶囊中可能致肝损伤的组分进行分析，发现可能的致病组分为延胡索、蒲公英，旨在提醒临床医生在应用蒲元和胃胶囊及含有延胡索的中成药时，需密切监测患者肝功能，发生严重肝损伤后应及时停药。

abstractsThe clinical data of a patient with severe liver injury caused by Puyuanhewei capsules for chronic atrophic gastritis in Binzhou Medical University Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The causal relationship between Puyuanhewei capsules and liver injury was evaluated according to the Roussel Uclaf assessment method (RUCAM). Through document retrieval, the components that may cause liver injury in Puyuanhewei capsules were analyzed, and it was found that the possible pathogenic components were corydalis Yanhusuo and Taraxacum. The purpose is to remind clinicians to closely monitor the patients' liver function when using Puyuanhewei capsules and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations containing corydalis Yanhusuo, and to stop using the drug in time after serious liver damage occurs.
