换一批摘要由于生物制剂在银屑病治疗中普遍应用，甲银屑病（nail psoriasis，NP）的治疗效果也有了显著提升。不同生物制剂作用靶点不同，疗效亦不同。近年来，生物制剂治疗NP的疗效观察逐渐增多，本文就生物制剂在NP中的应用效果进行综述，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
