摘要支撑喉镜是目前辅助喉部检查、治疗的重要医疗器械.支撑喉镜下喉部肿物切除术已成为喉部手术重要方式,但支撑喉镜下手术存在声门暴露困难及并发症问题,对此不同学者对支撑喉镜进行了设计研究,并且伴随手术设备的更新,支撑喉镜广泛应用于新兴的喉部微创手术治疗中.本文将国内外关于支撑喉镜的设计研究与应用现状进行综述,旨在扩宽支撑喉镜的设计及应用思路,为后续研究奠定基础.

abstractsSelf-retaining laryngoscopy currently is the important medical equipment for supporting the throat examination and treatment.Resction of laryngeal tumor with laryngoscope has become an important method of laryngenl surgery,become an important method of laryngeal surgery,but there are difficult glottal exposure and complications,which different scholars design and study on the self-retaining laryngoscope.And with surgery equipment updates,self-retaining laryngoscopes are used for emerging throat minimally invasive surgery.This review summarizes the design and application of self-retaining laryngoscope at home and abroad,and aims to expand the design and application of support laryngoscope and to promote the further research.
