换一批摘要6岁以下儿童由于其特殊的生理解剖结构和免疫特点,并且病因复杂,哮喘较难诊断.然而肺功能损害往往起源于婴幼儿期,早期诊断十分重要,但目前关于6岁以下哮喘的诊断在全球范围尚无统一标准.该文总结了国内外关于6岁以下儿童哮喘的早期诊断研究进展,提出了6岁以下儿童哮喘早期诊断策略.

abstractsChildren under 6 years old are very difficult to diagnose because of their special physiological anatomy and immune characteristics. However,lung function damage often originated in infancy,early diagnosis is very important,but at present there is no uniform standard for the diagnosis of asthma under the age of 6. This paper summarizes the research progress of early diagnosis of asthma in children under 6 years old at home and abruts forward the strategy of earoad,and ply diagnosis of asthma in children under the age of 6.
