摘要拟除虫菊酯是日常生活中应用广泛的一类合成有机杀虫剂，在水环境中具有高毒性，可导致生物出现神经中毒症状。近年来，环境暴露成为儿童生长发育过程中重要因素之一。拟除虫菊酯在环境中的暴露逐渐增加，使其对儿童生长发育的影响也备受重视。国内外学者通过大量的研究发现拟除虫菊酯对多系统发育产生影响：妊娠期暴露可导致胎儿宫内生长发育受限、畸形等，出生后暴露可导致认知发育迟缓、青春期发育异常，也可能增加罹患过敏性疾病、喘息、咳嗽、急性淋巴细胞白血病的风险。该文就拟除虫菊酯暴露对儿童生长发育过程的影响进行综述。
