摘要坏死性小肠结肠炎(necrotizing enterocolitis,NEC)是一种以黏膜水肿、上皮缺血性坏死和隐窝结构破坏为特征的肠道急性炎症。肠道隐窝干细胞来源的肠道类器官三维培养系统为体外研究NEC提供了可信的研究模型。了解NEC中肠道干细胞生存微环境的变化,以及肠道隐窝中不同类型细胞之间的相互作用是阐明其病情进展的关键。另一方面,肠道类器官还可直接应用于治疗NEC及体外筛选NEC的特效药物或营养成分。该文就肠道类器官及其在NEC中的研究进展作一综述。

abstractsNecrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)is an acute intestinal inflammation characterized by mucosal edema, epithelial ischemic necrosis, and crypt destruction.The intestinal organoid 3D culture system derived from intestinal stem cells has been developed as a valuable research model for studying NEC in vitro.To fully understand the progression of NEC, it is crucial to comprehend the changes that take place in the intestinal stem cell niche, as well as the interactions among different cell types in the intestinal crypt.On the other hand, intestinal organoids can also be used directly for the treatment of NEC, and for screening of specific drugs or nutrients for NEC in vitro .This article provides a review of intestinal organoids and their recent advancements in NEC research.
