摘要目的 探讨循证护理在精神科拒食患者的应用价值.方法 将2008年1月至2010年10月在我院住院治疗的126例精神科拒食患者随机分成对照组和实验组各63例,2组患者均遵医嘱予抗精神病药物治疗,实验组按照循证获得的最佳护理措施实施护理,对照组按照传统护理方法实施护理.观察2组患者进食情况、住院时间、住院费用、患者对护理服务的满意度,并进行x2检验和t检验.结果 实验组患者进食情况显著优于对照组；实验组平均住院时间为(69.52±10.87)d,较对照组平均住院时间(94.68±9.21)d显著缩短；实验组平均住院费用为(11 576.48±1 632.12)元,对照组平均住院费用为(15 147.91±1 582.46)元,实验组患者对护理服务的满意度显著优于对照组.结论循证护理在精神科拒食患者的应用,可提高患者的进食率,并可缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得推广应用.

abstractsObjective To explore the applications of evidence - based nursing to patients with food refusal in psychiatric department.Methods From January 2008 to October 2010,126 cases of inpatients with food refusal in psychiatric department were divided into study group and control group,63 cases in each group.All patients in two groups were given same antipsychotics.But optimal nursing measures were taken in study group according to evidence -based care,traditional nursing measures were taken in control group.Diet,hospitalization days,expense and patients'satisfaction were observed and analyzed.Results Diet,hospitalization days,expense and patients’ satisfaction in study group were all better than those of control group.Conclusions The application of evidence - based nursing may promote the patients’ diet,shorten the hospitalized days,decrease hospitalization expense,and raise the patients'satisfaction,so it is worthy of expanding.
