摘要目的：分析合理情绪疗法合并系统脱敏疗法对降低结肠癌造口患者焦虑忧郁心理的影响。方法根据焦虑、抑郁程度，对34例结肠造口患者进行合理情绪疗法合并系统脱敏疗法，采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（ HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）进行干预前后得分评定。结果干预组与对照组干预前后HAMA、HAMD评分比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。结论结肠造口患者存在一定程度的焦虑和抑郁状态，合理情绪疗法合并系统脱敏疗法可明显缓解焦虑和抑郁心理。

abstractsObjective To analyze the effects of rational emotive therapy combined with systematic desensitization therapy in reduc-ing colon stoma patients anxiety depression psychological.Methods According to the degree of anxiety, depression, 34 patients were given colostomy for rational emotive therapy combined with systematic desensitization therapy, and assessed by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale ( HA-MA ) and Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD) before and after intervention.Results There were significant differences of HAMA, HAMD scores between the intervention group and the control group before and after the intervention ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusions The colostomy pa-tients have a certain extent of anxiety and depression, rational emotive therapy combined with systematic desensitization therapy can obviously relieve anxiety and depression.
