摘要目的：探讨有效的压疮预防管理方法，降低神经内科卧床患者的压疮发生率。方法运用前馈控制的理论和方法，成立预防压疮管理小组，进行专业化培训，制定规范的护理流程，对护理过程实施三级质量监控。结果培训后护士压疮预防知识合格率为89.58％，高于培训前的58.33％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝6.3491，P＜0.05）；培训后家属或患者的压疮预防知识合格率为84.83％，高于培训前的53.39％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5.7669，P＜0.05）；实施前馈控制后658例卧床患者无1例压疮发生，患者对护理工作的满意率由原来的93.6％提高到99.1％。结论前馈控制是预防神经内科卧床患者压疮的有效手段，明显提高护理安全质量。

abstractsObjective To explore effective prevention management methods of pressure ulcer and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer of neurology department bedridden patients.Methods Using the feedforward control of the theories and methods, management group to prevent inpatients pressure ulcer was set up, specialized training was con-ducted, standardized nursing processes was developed, three grade quality monitoring was excuted in the care process.Results After training, the acceptance rate of the pressure ulcer prevention knowledge that the nurses knew was 89.58%, which was higher than that of training before (58.33%), the difference was significant (χ2=6.349 1, P<0.05) .The inpatients and their family dependents knowledge about the pressure ulcer prevention achieving rate was 84.83%, which was higher than the training before (53.39%), the difference was significant (χ2=5.766 9, P<0.05) .After the implementation of feedforward control, there was no patients in 658 patients occurring pressure ulcer, patient satisfaction rate on nursing work was increased from 93.6%to now 99.1%.Conclusions The feedforward con-trol is the effective means to prevent pressure sore of Neurology Department bedridden patients, and obviously improves the security quality of care.
