摘要目的 探讨壮药酒按揉式涂擦配合壮药包烫熨治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法 按随机数字表法将100例符合纳入标准的患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采取按揉式涂擦药酒5 min后再给予壮药包烫熨治疗,每日1次;对照组采取常规涂擦药酒5 min后给予壮药包烫熨治疗,每日1次,治疗2周后比较两组预防JOA评分及疗效.结果 按揉式涂擦壮药酒配合壮药包烫熨组JOA评分及总有效率均显著高于常规涂擦药酒配合壮药包烫熨组(P<0.01).结论 按揉式涂擦壮药酒配合壮药包烫熨治疗膝骨关节炎,能更好地促进药酒充分吸收,有助于缓解膝骨关节炎疼痛及改善行走功能.

abstractsObjective To discuss the clinical effect of Zhuang medicinal liquor embrocate with massage and Zhuang medical package ironing in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 100 cases of accepted patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number with 50 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were treated by Zhuang medicinal liquor embrocate with massage, and 5 minutes later, they were i-roned by Zhuang medical package, with once per day. Patients in control group were adopted conventional inunction, and 5 min later, they were also ironed by Zhuang medical package, with once per day. JOA score and curative effect of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment. Results Both JOA score and overall curative effect in obser-vation group, namely, the group combining of Zhuang medicinal liquor embrocate with massage and Zhuang medical package ironing, were obviously higher than that in control group. Conclusion In terms of curing knee osteoarthritis, the combination of Zhuang medicinal liquor embrocate with massage and Zhuang medical package ironing can enhance the full absorption of medical liquor, what's more, this therapy contributes to mitigate the pain caused by knee osteoar-thritis and improve walking ability.
