摘要目的 探讨优质护理对前列腺增生患者心理状况及生活质量的影响.方法 选取该院在2016年1月~2017年1月收治的前列腺增生患者100例,对其进行前瞻性研究.随机分为观察组及对照组,各50例.观察组患者开展优质护理,对照组患者开展常规护理,比较两组患者术后恢复时间、前列腺功能指标、心理状况、生活质量评分、护理满意度等指标.结果 术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间、住院时间方面,观察组患者均显著短于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) .两组患者护理后的勃起功能评分、最大尿流率均较护理前显著增高,其残留尿量较护理前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) .两组患者护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均较护理前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) .两组患者护理后的生活质量各方面评分均较护理前显著增高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) .观察组患者护理总满意率显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05).结论 优质护理在前列腺增生患者中开展,可有效促进患者术后恢复,改善其前列腺功能,有利于改善患者的心理状况和生活质量,使患者对护理服务的评价得以提高.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of quality nursing care on psychological status and quality of life of patients with prostate hyperplasia. Methods A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with prostate hyper▔plasia admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2017. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases of each group. Observation group patients was carried out quality care, while the control group patients was carried out routine care. Postoperative recovery time, prostate function, psychological status, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of postoperative bladder irrigation time, indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time, patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0. 05) . Erectile function score and maximum urine flow rate of the two groups of patients after nursing were significantly higher than be▔fore nursing, and their residual urine volume was significantly lower than before nursing, the differences were statistical▔ly significant ( P<0. 05) . The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). The scores of quality of life after nurs▔ing were significantly higher than before nursing in both groups, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05) . Conclusions High▔quality nursing in patients with prostate hyperplasia, can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients, improve their prostate function, is con▔ducive to improving the psychological status of patients and quality of life, so that patients to improve the evaluation of nursing services.
