摘要《侍疾要语》是清代钱襄于1832年撰写的一篇千字短文，论述了老年精神护理、起居生活护理的部分内容以及延医、备药、煎药、服药的一些注意事项，具有一定史料价值和现实借鉴意义。20年来，有学者将《侍疾要语》称为"中国历史上第一部护理学专著"，或"第一部中医护理学专著"，甚至视为中外护理发展历史上的里程碑，实属过誉，应予纠正。护理史研究者应将《侍疾要语》置于护理学发展的历史长河中加以考察，在了解清代及以前护理思想、知识和方法的基础上，对其学术价值和历史地位作出恰如其分的评价。

abstractsKey Recommendations on Nursing Patients, a short essay of about one thousand characters written by Qian Xiang of Qing dynasty in 1832, discusses mental nursing and daily life nursing for the elderly partially and puts forward some dos and don's on consulting doctors, preparing medicine, decocting medicine and taking medicine, which is of certain historical value and practical reference significance. In the past 20 years, Key Recommendations on Nursing Patients has been called " the first nursing monograph in Chinese history" or " the first nursing monograph in traditional Chinese medicine" , and even has been regarded as a milestone in the history of nursing development at home and abroad by some scholars, which is really beyond recognition and should be corrected.The nursing history researchers should study Key Recommendations on Nursing Patients in the long history of nursing development, and make a proper evaluation of its academic value and historical status on the basis of understanding the nursing thoughts, knowledge and methods of Qing dynasty and before.
