摘要目的:探究臭氧油联合综合护理对带状疱疹患者的干预效果。方法:选取2018年1～12月在佛山市第一人民医院行带状疱疹治疗的患者130例，随机分为研究组和常规组各65例。两组患者均行常规臭氧油治疗，常规组患者行常规护理，研究组患者在常规护理基础上实施综合护理。比较两组患者症状改善时间、治疗效果及干预前后疼痛程度、对治疗及护理工作满意度。结果:研究组患者止泡时间、结痂时间及疼痛缓解时间均显著短于常规组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；研究组患者总有效率均显著高于常规组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；干预2 w后，研究组患者视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分显著低于常规组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；研究组患者对治疗及护理工作满意度显著高于常规组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:对带状疱疹患者实施臭氧油治疗联合综合护理干预，能够有效提高其治疗效果，改善其疼痛及皮肤破损等症状，且该模式能够得到患者的认可。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effect of intervention of ozone oil combined with comprehensive nursing on patients with herpes zoster.Methods:A total of 130 patients with herpes zoster in this hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group and conventional group, 65 cases of each group.Both groups were treated with conventional ozone oil.The patients in the conventional group received routine nursing, and the patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Symptom improvement time, treatment effect, pain degree before and after intervention, satisfaction with treatment and nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The antiblister time, scab time and pain relief time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group( P<0.05). The apparent and total effective rates of treatment in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group( P<0.05). After 2 weeks of intervention, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group( P<0.05). The treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group( P<0.05). Conclusions:The combination of ozone oil treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with herpes zoster can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the symptoms such as pain and skin damage, and this model can be recognized by patients.
