中美合作高仿真案例设计融合SBAR情景模拟教学在内外科护理教学中的效果
Effect of Sino-American high-fidelity simulation case design combined with SBAR scenario simulation teaching in medical surgical nursing
摘要目的:调查中美合作高仿真案例设计融合现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)情景模拟教学的实施效果,为该教学法的广泛开展,推进以提高学生能力为主的教学改革提供支持。方法:采用质性研究,对全程参与中美合作高仿真案例设计融合SBAR情景模拟教学的18名中美合作护理本科生进行半结构式访谈,Colaizzi七步法分析资料和提炼主题。结果:该教学法能够高仿真的展现临床真实情景,学生叙述真实感、压力感、充实感、成就感、激发学习动力;学生肯定该教学方式在知识、技能、应对能力、思维能力、团队合作能力、护理专业情感等方面的正性作用。结论:高仿真案例融合SBAR情景模拟教学有助于提高学生的学习满意度、建立学习信心、促进护理知识技能的理解运用、培养护理综合能力;教师需要对教学过程精心设计,以充分发挥高仿真情景模拟教学的作用。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the effect Sino-American high-fidelity simulation case design combined with Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation(SBAR)scenario simulation teaching in medical-surgical nursing, and to provide support for the extensive development of this teaching method and the promotion of teaching reform focusing on improving students' ability.Methods:Qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 18 undergraduate nursing students who participated in the whole course of Sino-American cooperative high-simulation case design and SBAR scenario simulation teaching, and Colaizzi's seven-step method was used to analyze the data and extract the theme.Results:This teaching method can show the real clinical situation with high-feidelity simulation, and students describe the sense of reality, pressure, fulfillment, sense of achievement and motivation of learning.Students affirmed the positive role of this teaching method in knowledge, skills, coping ability, thinking ability, teamwork ability, nursing professional emotion and other aspects.Conclusions:High simulation cases and SBAR scenario simulation teaching can help improve students' learning satisfaction, build learning confidence, promote the understanding and application of nursing knowledge and skills, and cultivate comprehensive nursing ability.Teachers need to carefully design the teaching process to give full play to the role of high simulation situation simulation teaching.
