Effect of primitive art painting therapy on rehabilitation effect of patients with acute mental disorders

摘要目的:探讨原生艺术绘画治疗对精神障碍急性期患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2020年9月在江门市第三人民医院住院,接受原生艺术绘画治疗的精神障碍急性期患者82例进行研究,将研究对象用数表法随机分成实验组和对照组,每组41例。对照组实施常规治疗和护理,实验组在常规治疗和护理基础上联合原生艺术绘画治疗。比较两组入院时、第1、第2和第3疗程后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、生活质量量表(SQLS)、自我效能感(GSES)、自制课堂测评和自制调查表情况变化。结果:两组入院时以及1个疗程后的PANSS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均 P>0.05);2个疗程后及3个疗程后实验组PANSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。两组入院时及1疗程后的各项生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均 P>0.05);2个疗程后及3个疗程后实验组心理社会、精力/动力、精力/症状、总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。两组入院时以及1疗程后的自制课堂评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均 P>0.05);2个疗程后及3个疗程后实验组的自制课堂评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。两组入院时以及1疗程后的自我效能感得分比较差异均无统计学意义(均 P>0.05);2个疗程后及3个疗程后实验组自我效能感得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。两组入院时以及1疗程后的满意度比较均不明显(均 P>0.05);2个疗程后及3个疗程后实验组满意度高于对照组(均 P<0.05)。 结论:原生艺术绘画治疗对精神障碍急性期患者症状改善效果较好,同时提高课堂表现状态、生活质量以及自我效能感,值得临床推广应用。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of native art painting therapy in patients with acute mental disorders.Methods:A total of 82 patients with acute mental disorder who were hospitalized in this hospital from April 2020 to September 2020 and received native art painting therapy were selected for the study.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by the number table method, with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing, while the experimental group received combined treatment with native art painting on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The changes of positive and negative symptom inventory (PANSS) scores, schizophrenics quality of life scale (SQLS), general self-efficacy scale (GSES), homemade classroom test and homemade questionnaire were compared between the two groups at admission after the 1st, 2nd and 3rd course of treatment.Results:PANSS scores of the two groups at admission and after 1 course of treatment were not significantly compared (all P>0.05). PANSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after 2 courses of treatment and 3 courses of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups at admission and after 1 course of treatment were not significantly compared (all P>0.05). After 2 courses of treatment and 3 courses of treatment, psychosocial, energy/motivation, energy/symptom and total score of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in self-made classroom scores between the two groups at admission and after 1 course of treatment (all P>0.05). After 2 courses of treatment and 3 courses of treatment, the classroom score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The self-efficacy scores of the two groups at admission and after 1 course of treatment were not significantly compared (all P>0.05). After 2 courses and 3 courses, the self-efficacy score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups at admission or after 1 course of treatment ( P>0.05). After 2 courses of treatment and 3 courses of treatment, the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of primary art painting in the process of psychiatric rehabilitation nursing intervention of symptom improvement of patients can improve classroom performance, quality of life and sense of self-efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
