摘要目的:拟构建脑卒中患者中医康复护理敏感指标，为脑卒中患者临床护理质量管理提供参考依据。方法:依据美国霍普金斯证据等级与质量评价方法评价检索到的文献，经过讨论总结形成第一轮函审指标，采用德尔菲专家咨询法对指标的必要性、公式合理性及收集资料的可行性进行评价和校正，收集专家们的意见和建议后形成第二轮函询护理敏感指标26条。结果:构建了包括26个指标在内的脑卒中中医康复护理质量敏感体系。2轮专家函审后问卷的有效回收率分别是96.7%和93.3%，从专家的职称及专科熟悉程度等算出专家的权威系数分别为0.80和0.83，2轮专家函询后统计出各项指标必要性的变异系数为0.13~0.28，计算公式必要性变异系数为0.12~0.13，收集资料方法可行性变异系数为0.08~0.09，均<0.3。结论:基于德尔菲法构建的脑卒中中医康复护理敏感指标符合科学性和可操作性的原则，能较好地指导临床护理工作。

abstractsObjective:To construct the sensitive index of rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients in traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide reference for clinical nursing quality management of stroke patients.Methods:According to the documents retrieved from the evaluation of Hopkins evidence grade and quality evaluation method in the United States, after discussion and summary, the first round of letter review index was formed.Delphi expert consultation method was used to evaluate and correct the necessity of indicators, rationality of formulas and feasibility of data collection. After collecting the opinions and suggestions of experts, 26 sensitive indicators of nursing in the second round of letter consultation were formed.Results:A quality sensitive system of TCM rehabilitation nursing for stroke including 26 indicators was constructed. The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires after the two rounds of expert letter review were 96.7% and 93.3% respectively. The authority coefficients of the experts were 0.80 and 0.83 respectively, and the coefficient of variation of the necessity of each indicator was 0.13 to 0.28 after the two rounds of expert letter consultation. The coefficient of variation for the necessity of the calculation formula was 0.12 to 0.13, and the coefficient of variation for the feasibility of the data collection method was 0.08 to 0.09, both less than 0.3.Conclusions:The sensitive index of rehabilitation nursing of stroke based on Delphi method accords with the principle of scientificity and operability, and can guide the clinical nursing work better.
