摘要磷脂酰肌醇3激酶在肿瘤细胞信号转导中起着重要的调节作用,许多因子可以使磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶活化,引起蛋白激酶B与细胞膜的结合,在磷酸肌醇依赖激酶的参与下,蛋白激酶B和苏氨酸和丝氨酸残基发生磷酸化而活化,进入胞质和胞核,激活细胞内酶促级联反应,从而产生生物学效应,其与肿瘤细胞恶性增殖、血管新生和糖酵解有密切的关系.
