abstractsAs a second-generation triazole antifungal drug,posaconazole has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of invasive fungal diseases.Based on the comprehensive review of the pharmalogical characteristics and available clinical research data of posaconazole,as well as the related clinical experience of the experts in the working group,the consensus makes the recommendations on the clinical applicaiton of posaconazole,which involve its application principles in the prevention and treatment of invasive fungal diseases,the use principles in special populations,therapeutic drugs monitoring,the monitoring and treatment of adverse drug reactions.
