光学相干断层成像技术在肺癌的应用研究进展
The current research status and progress of optical coherence tomography in application of lung cancer
摘要光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)是近年发展起来的一种具有高分辨率的光学成像技术,利用光学干涉原理可以清晰地显示支气管管壁的各层组织微结构,无需组织活检即可达到类似组织病理学诊断的效果,有助于减少有创操作和提高肺癌早期诊断率,对于肺癌的诊治具有重要意义。本文主要对OCT关于肺癌的研究现状及进展进行综述。

abstractsOptical coherence tomography (OCT), a high-resolution optical imaging technique which has been developed recently, can show the histological microstructure of bronchus wall clearly with the principle of optical interference and a similar histopathological diagnosis can be achieved without biopsy, which have contributed to reduce invasive manipulation and improve the early diagnosis rate of lung cancer that has a great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.This paper mainly reviews the clinical research status and progress of OCT with lung cancer.
