摘要代谢重编程对肺部疾病的发生、发展有重要的作用,脂质代谢在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的作用近年来已经受到关注。本文着重探讨脂肪酸代谢在COPD发病机制中的作用。脂肪酸代谢紊乱通过诱导氧化应激、炎症反应、肺结构重塑、自噬等机制,介导肺部慢性炎症和肺气肿。在针对脂质相关物质及脂肪酸代谢环节中,寻求治疗COPD的新靶点。

abstractsMetabolic reprogramming plays an important role in the occurrence and development of lung diseases.The function of lipid metabolism in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has received attention in the recent years.This review focuses on the role of fatty acid metabolism in the pathogenesis of COPD.Disorders of fatty acid metabolism mediate chronic lung inflammation and emphysema via inducing oxidative stress, inflammatory responses, lung structural remodeling, and autophagy.New potential targets for treating COPD are being sought from the lipid-related substances and the key process of fatty acid metabolism.
