换一批摘要肺微生物组是指定植在下呼吸道内的微生物及其代谢产物的集合，参与了呼吸系统疾病的发生与发展。近年来的研究表明肺微生物组可能也参与调控多种神经系统疾病，如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等。现对肺微生物组与神经系统疾病之间的关系及研究进展进行综述。
