摘要目前阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)与神经退行性疾病之间的关系引起越来越多的人重视。大量研究表明，OSA在神经退行性变过程中扮演非常重要的角色，但由于样本量不足、横断面研究的局限性等各种因素，研究的总体情况目前仍不明朗。现有证据表明，OSA针对性治疗可以很大程度延缓神经退行性变的发生发展，有望成为新的疾病修饰疗法。因此，本文将对OSA与常见神经退行性疾病之间的研究进展作一综述。

abstractsAt present, the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and neurodegenerative diseases has attracted more and more attention.A large number of studies have shown that OSA plays an important role in neurodegeneration.However, due to various factors such as insufficient sample size and limitations of cross-sectional studies, the overall situation of the study still remains unclear.Existing evidence indicates that targeted therapy of OSA can significantly delay the occurrence and development of neurodegeneration, and is expected to become a new disease modification therapy.Therefore, this article will review the recent research progress in OSA and common neurodegenerative diseases.
