Retroperit oneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumor(Report of 34 cases)
摘要目的 探讨后腹腔镜手术在肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的临床价值.方法 对2005年3月～2009年3月34例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术进行分析和小结.结果 34例手术均成功.手术时间40～120 min,平均78 min,术中失血20～150ml,平均45 ml,术后住院时间3～8天,平均4.7天,无严重并发症发生.结论 后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术可作为肾上腺肿瘤外科治疗的首选方法.

abstractsObjectives To evaluate retroperitoneal Laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumor. Methods From March ,2005 to March ,2009,34 Cases of adrenal tumor treated with retroperitoneal Laparoscopic adrenalectomy were enrolled for analyze. Results The procedure was successful in the 53 cases and operation time was 40 ～ 120min with a mean of 78 min;The blood loss was 20 ～ 150 ml with a mean of 45 ml. No Serious Complications Occurred. Conclusions Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic adrenalectomy should be the first Choice in treating adrenal tumors.
