摘要1型糖尿病(T1DM)的发生与胰岛β细胞的可溶性抗原如胰岛素、谷氨酸脱羧酶、酪氨酸磷酸酶等密切相关,是一种自身免疫性疾病.诱导免疫耐受可有效维持体内的免疫平衡,以免疫干预TIDM的发生与发展,已成为目前TIDM防治研究的重点方向之一.近年来,以自身抗原经各种途径在实验动物模型中诱导免疫耐受,相继有获得成功的报道.利用植物转基因技术,将谷氨酸脱羧酶等自身免疫抗原基因转入植物细胞内,使其表达相应抗原,通过口服食用此转基因植物组织以诱导机体产生免疫耐受,为T1DM提供了一条新的防治途径.

abstractsThe Occurrence and development of type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)are strongly associated with the serf-soluble antigens of β-cell such as insulin(INS),glutamic acid decarboxylase(GAD),tyrosine phosphatase,etc.T1DM is an autoimmune disease.One of the important research areas of TIDM prevention and treatment is to induce body's immunological tolerance which could maintain the immune balance.In recent years,there were reports of induce successfully immunological tolerance in animal models.In order to inducing the immune tolerance to intervene TIDM,GAD and other autoimmune antigen genes could be transferred into plant cells and expressed in plant tissues to produce the edible vaccines.
