摘要背景氙气麻醉在同际上已有大量的基础和临床的研究,逐步应用于临床后,显示出了许多优点,但国内还未有研究氙气麻醉的报道.目的 通过对氙气麻醉的临床药理进行综述,总结了氙气在临床麻醉中应用的优点和缺点,以增进临床麻醉医生对氙气药理学特性的了解,为促进国内氙气麻醉的基础与临床的研究提供帮助.内容该综述系统地总结了氙气麻醉作用机制,以及氙气麻醉与神经、循环、呼吸、消化等系统的相互作用的临床药理研究的状况,阐述了氙气临床应用存在的缺点和可能的解决方案.趋向氙气与其他麻醉气体相比,有许多优点,但是氙气临床使用消耗量大,价格昂贵是最主要缺点.随着氙气提取工艺的改进和新型的麻醉工作站的研制开发,氙气将会被更广泛地应用于临床麻醉.

abstractsBackground Multiple basic and clinical researches have been done on Xenon anesthesia. Xenon has a number of advantages. However, studies of Xenon anesthesia have not been reported domestically currently. Objective The authors reviewed clinical pharmacology of Xenon anesthesia, and summarized its advantages and disadvantages to promote anesthesiologists to fully understand its pharmacological properties. Content This article summarized mechanism of Xenon anesthesia. Recent pharmacological studies of the interaction between Xenon anesthesia and nervous, circulatory, respiratory, alimentary and other systems were reviewed . The article also describes the shortcomings of clinical application of Xenon and potential solutions. Trend Compared with other anesthesia agent, Xenon shows many advantages. The main shortcomings of Xenon isits high cost .With the development of extractive technique of Xenon and improvement of the new-type xenon anesthesia volatihzation pot, Xenon will be more popular and widely used in clinical anesthesia.
