摘要酒石酸布托啡诺是阿片受体的激动-拮抗剂，与传统的阿片类药物相比，在发挥良好镇痛镇静作用的同时，恶心、呕吐和呼吸抑制等不良反应发生率低，广泛应用于临床麻醉。文章通过简介酒石酸布托啡诺的药理学特性，综述该药物在超前镇痛、分娩镇痛以及全身麻醉诱导期和苏醒期多个方面相关研究情况，为未来布托啡诺的应用提供参考。

abstractsButorphanol tartrate is an agonist and antagonist of the opioid receptor. Compared with traditional opioids, butorphanol tartrate has an adequate analgesic and sedative effect and has a low incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, and respiratory inhibition, so it is widely used in clinical anesthesia. This paper briefly introduces the pharmacological characteristics of butorphanol tartrate and reviews the application of butorphanol in preemptive analgesia, labor analgesia, and the induction and recovery of general anesthesia. The purpose of this study is to provide reference significance for the more rational application of butorphanol in the future.
