摘要为厘清神经刺激仪在周围神经阻滞（peripheral nerve block, PNB）中的价值，文章比较了神经刺激仪及超声引导的工作原理以及各自用于神经定位中的优势及局限性，综述了目前超声联合神经刺激仪双重引导下的PNB的研究进展，比较了单纯神经刺激仪、超声及二者联合这三种引导方式在PNB中的准确性、安全性，阐释了联合应用双重引导的优势，并对未来PNB的质量提出了展望，希望能够更好地发挥PNB的作用，提高PNB的安全性。

abstractsTo clarify the value of the nerve stimulator in peripheral nerve block (PNB), the article compares the working principles of the nerve stimulator and ultrasound guidance, as well as the advantages and limitations of each method in nerve localization. The study summarizes the research progresses on the advantages of combined nerve stimulation and ultrasound-guided techniques (dual guidance). The accuracy and safety of the three guidance methods, the nerve stimulator alone, ultrasound alone, and their combination, are compared in PNB, the advantages of using dual guidance were explained, and the future quality of PNB was discussed, hoping to better play the role of PNB and improve its safety.
