摘要心脏手术尤其是CPB下的心脏手术往往伴随复杂的循环、血液系统等变化,围手术期良好的液体管理有助于维持血流动力学稳定,保证良好的组织灌注,保护重要器官功能。人血清白蛋白(human serum albumin, HSA)是一种特殊的血液制品。文章介绍了HSA应用于心脏手术中可发挥减少炎症反应、改善微循环、调节凝血功能紊乱等特殊作用,同时综述了HSA对接受心脏手术的患者预后所产生的影响,以期能明确使用HAS的优势,在心脏手术的液体管理中合理应用HSA。

abstractsCardiac surgery, especially cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass, is often accompanied by complex changes in circulation and blood system. Good perioperative fluid management is helpful to maintain the stability of hemodynamics, ensure good tissue perfusion, and protect the functions of important organs. Human serum albumin (HSA) is a special blood product. This article introduces the special effect of HSA in cardiac surgery, such as reducing inflammation, improving microcirculation, and regulating coagulation disorders. Meanwhile, the influence of HSA on the prognosis of patients undergoing cardiac surgery is reviewed. These findings will clarify the advantages of HAS and facilitate the rational application of HAS for fluid management during cardiac surgery.
