摘要肌肉内脂肪含量增加与肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病、年龄增加、活动受限和创伤等密切相关。肌肉内游离脂肪酸可以使葡萄糖转运蛋白4易位,减少肌肉组织对葡萄糖的摄取和利用;肌肉内脂肪释放炎性因子,加重胰岛素抵抗。此外,肌肉内脂肪的增加还严重影响肌肉的收缩功能,减少肌力,与肌少症密切相关。饮食、运动和药物均可影响肌肉内脂肪含量。探索减少肌肉内脂肪含量的新方法,对改善胰岛素抵抗和提高肌肉功能有重要意义,有利于糖尿病和肥胖症的防治。

Intramuscular free fatty acids can translocate glucose transporter 4, reducing the uptake and utilization of glucose by muscle tissue; intramuscular fat releases inflammatory factors and aggravates insulin resistance. In addition, the increase of intramuscular fat also seriously affects the contraction of muscles and reduces muscle strength, which is closely related to sarcopenia. Diet, exercise, and medications can all affect fat content in muscles. Exploring new ways to reduce fat content in muscles is of great significant to improve insulin resistance and muscle function, and is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of diabetes and obesity.
