摘要高血压已成为危害老年人群身心健康最常见的慢性疾病之一,其与认知损害的关系已成为近期的研究热点.不仅收缩压、舒张压和脉压对认知功能有影响,血压波动性及相关遗传因素也会导致认知功能下降.然而,对于高血压与认知损害的关系、相关机制以及降压治疗能否延缓认知损害进展尚不完全清楚.文章就上述问题进行了综述,以期为预防高血压患者发生认知损害提供参考.

abstractsHypertension has become one of the most common chronic diseases that endanger the physical and mental health of elderly populations.The relationship between hypertension and cognitive impairment has become a hot research topic in recent years.Not only does systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and pulse pressure affect cognitive function,but also blood pressure fluctuation and related genetic factors can lead to cognitive decline.However,the relationship between hypertension and cognitive impairment,the related mechanisms,and whether antihypertensive therapy can delay the progression of cognitive impairment are not fully understood.This article reviews the above problems in order to provide a reference for the prevention of cognitive impairment in patients with hypertension.
