摘要炎症免疫反应贯穿缺血性卒中病程的始终。不同亚群CD4 + T细胞在缺血性卒中病程中起着复杂而重要的作用。其中，辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17, Th17)与调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell, Treg)的促炎与抑炎作用的平衡与卒中转归密切相关。文章就Th17/Treg平衡在缺血性卒中中的作用进行了综述，旨在加深对缺血性卒中后免疫炎症机制的认识，同时探究缺血性卒中病程中可能的治疗靶点。

abstractsInflammatory immune response runs through the course of ischemic stroke. Different subgroups of CD4 + T cells play a complex and important role in the course of ischemic stroke. Among them, the balance of pro-inflammatory effect of T helper cell 17 (Th17) and anti-inflammatory effect of regulatory T cells (Treg) is closely associated with the outcome of stroke. This article reviews the role of Th17/Treg balance in ischemic stroke, in order to deepen the understanding of the mechanism of immune inflammation after ischemic stroke and explore possible therapeutic targets in the course of ischemic stroke.
