摘要近年来研究表明,小胶质细胞通过能量和物质代谢重编程驱动其表型极化,进而发挥促炎或抗炎作用,与缺血性卒中发病风险密切相关,其具体代谢途径涉及葡萄糖代谢、脂质代谢和氨基酸代谢。文章围绕缺血性卒中后小胶质细胞代谢的调控机制及其在缺血性卒中中的作用进行了综述。

abstractsIn recent years, researches have shown that microglia drive their phenotype polarization through energy and substance metabolism reprogramming, thereby exerting pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory effects, which is closely associated with the risk of ischemic stroke. Their specific metabolic pathways involve glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, and amino acid metabolism. This article reviews regulatory mechanisms of microglia metabolism after ischemic stroke and their role in ischemic stroke.
