摘要新生隐球菌是一种机会致病真菌,隐球菌病严重威胁着免疫缺陷人群.葡萄糖醛酸木糖甘露聚糖是新生隐球菌荚膜多糖的主要成分,是一种分子结构多样的线性多糖,与新生隐球菌的免疫原性和毒力密切相关.葡萄糖醛酸木糖甘露聚糖结合FcγRⅡB介导免疫抑制作用,并参与形成生物膜,从而抑制抗隐球菌感染免疫.葡萄糖醛酸木糖甘露聚精单克隆抗体和疫苗疗法等免疫疗法或许可以改善免疫抑制状态,为隐球菌病提供治疗思路,也使艾滋病等高危人群预防隐球菌病成为可能.

abstractsCryptococcus neoformans is an important opportunistic fungus, which can cause cryptococcosis severely threatening immunocompromised population. Glucuronoxylomannan (GXM), the predominant constituent of capsular polysaccharide of Cneoformans, is a linear polysaccharide with enormous structural diversity. GXM is closely associated with the immunogenicity and virulence of C.neoformans. It has been found that GXM could bind to Fcγ RⅡB to mediate immunosuppression and participate in the formation of biofilm, which subsequently inhibits the anti-cryptococcal immunity. GXM specific monoclonal antibody and vaccine therapy may be effective for the reversing of immunosuppression, cast light on the treatment of cryptococcosis, and make it possible for the prevention of cryptococcosis in high-risk population such as AIDS patients.
