摘要对苯二胺是染发剂的主要功能成分,也是染发皮炎的主要致敏物质之一.研究表明,树突细胞的激活、某些细胞因子及γδT细胞等可能参与对苯二胺引起的变态反应.人类乙酰转移酶、血管紧张素转换酶、锰超氧化物歧化酶等的基因多态性也可能与染发皮炎的发生有关.对染发皮炎可能涉及的免疫因素、遗传易感性的研究进展进行概述.

abstractsPare-phenylenediamine is the main functional component of hair dyes,and also a most potent contact allergen in hair dye dermatitis.Studies have shown that the activation of human dendritic ceils,production of some cytokines,and γδT cells are involved in P-phenylenediamine allergy.The genetic polymorphism of N-acetyltransferase,angiotensin-converting enzyme and manganese superoxide dismutase is reported to be associated with the development of hair dye dermatitis.This article gives an update on hair dye dermatitis-related immune factors and genetic susceptibilities.
