abstractsIn recent decades,the rapid development of laser technology has supplied treatment choices for refractory skin diseases.Moreover,intensive pulsed light and radio frequency have made the dream to rejuvenate skin come true.Although modern laser is relatively safe and reliable,it can still cause some damage to the human body.Even safe lasers have potential risks and side effects when inappropriately applied.Careful attention should be paid to the adverse reactions during and after laser treatment.This review overviews the adverse effects of common types of laser,intense pulsed light and radio frequency technology in the treatment of skin diseases.
