摘要人乳头瘤病毒是一种环状双链DNA病毒.部分亚型可特异性地感染肛门生殖器皮肤和黏膜,导致生殖器疣和鳞状上皮内皮损等良恶性病变.宫颈持续的高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染是宫颈癌发生的必要条件.目前可用于治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染的方法主要有预防性疫苗、杀微生物剂、局部免疫调节剂、治疗性疫苗等.概述近年来针对人乳头瘤病毒的治疗进展.

abstractsHuman papillomavirus (HPV) is a double-stranded DNA virus.Some HPV subtypes can specifically infect the skin and mucous membranes of the anogenital region,and induce a spectrum of epithelial proliferative diseases ranging from benign warts to intraepithelial neoplasms.It is now recognized that persistent cervical infection with high risk HPV subtypes is a prerequisite for the occurrence of cervical cancer.The treatment of HPV infection mainly includes prophylactic vaccines,microbicides,topical immunomodulators,therapeutic vaccines,etc.This paper presents recent progress in the treatment of HPV infection.
