摘要慢性静脉疾病发病率高,患者常有沉重感、胀痛感、淤积性皮炎和足靴区溃疡等下肢症状.对于早期病例多采用加压治疗或联合药物治疗等保守疗法,若疗效不明显,可行手术治疗.近年来,关于慢性静脉疾病的治疗方法有了较多的研究,尤其是在新药的开发和应用上,涌现了一批新药,包括天然药物和人工合成药物；而外科手术则更趋向微创技术的发展.

abstractsChronic venous diseases are common in people.They may manifest as heaviness,swelling and pain of the legs,stasis dermatitis,ulcer of lower legs (especially the area usually covered by boots).For chronic venous diseases at early stage,conservative treatments such as compression therapy or combined medicines are recommended.Surgical treatment can be attempted when conservative treatment is not as effective as expected.In recent years,much progress has been made in the treatment of chronic venous diseases,especially in the development and application of new drugs,such as natural medicines and synthetic drugs.Moreover,minimally invasive surgery has been used in the treatment of chronic venous diseases.
