摘要T淋巴细胞介导的迟发型变态反应在药疹发病过程中起着重要作用.目前,T淋巴细胞相关体外试验得到了越来越多的关注,相较于皮肤试验,其敏感性高,对患者无潜在的危险,并可同时分析类似药物的交叉反应.T淋巴细胞相关体外实验包括淋巴细胞转化试验、细胞因子释放试验、细胞毒性成分检测、细胞活化标志检测等均可用于药疹的病因学诊断,具有潜在临床应用价值.

abstractsT lymphocyte-mediated delayed type hypersensitivity plays a very important role in the pathogenesis of drug eruption.Currently,T lymphocyte-based in vitro tests have attracted more and more attention.Compared to skin tests,these tests show higher sensitivity with no potential danger to patients,and can evaluate cross-reactivity between similar drugs simultaneously.T lymphocyte-based in vitro tests,including lymphocyte transformation test,cytokine release assay,detection of cytotoxic components and cell activation markers,can be used for the etiological diagnosis of drug eruption and have potential clinical application values.
