摘要玫瑰痤疮的发病机制尚未完全阐明,其治疗缺乏理论依据和针对性.近年来研究发现,玫瑰痤疮患者可能存在易感基因或神经血管调节受体相关的基因突变,在诱发因素(如螨虫、糖皮质激素、紫外线等)的刺激下,一方面表皮抗菌肽异常活化,皮肤屏障功能受损;另一方面神经通过释放神经肽,直接或间接参与皮肤免疫反应、影响血管舒张功能,并最终导致玫瑰痤疮的发生.这些新研究进展为进一步阐明玫瑰痤疮的机制及研究防治措施提供依据.

abstractsThe pathogenesis of acne rosacea has not been fully elucidated,and its treatment lacks theoretical basis and specificity.In recent years,studies have found that patients with acne rosacea harbor predisposing genes or mutations in genes related to neuroregulatory and angioregulatory receptors.Under the stimulation with causative factors (such as mites,glucocorticoids,ultraviolet rays,etc),skin-derived antimicrobial peptides are activated abnormally followed by impairment of skin barrier function,and nerves release neuropeptides which directly or indirectly take part in skin immune reaction,affect vasodilatation,and eventually lead to the occurrence of acne rosacea.These findings may provide a basis for clarifying the pathogenesis of acne rosacea and for developing strategies for its prevention and control.
