摘要抗抑郁药能改善患者抑郁的情绪障碍,部分药物还具有镇静、镇痛及抗组胺作用,目前已用于治疗各种皮肤病.其中三环类抗抑郁药及选择性5羟色胺再摄取抑制剂应用最广泛,治疗的相关疾病包括原发的精神性疾病、与情绪或压力相关的皮肤病、纯粹的感觉障碍及与精神状态无关的皮肤病.其疗效好,不良反应相对较小,对提高患者的生活质量具有重要意义.

abstractsBesides antidepressant effect,some antidepressants also have sedative,antinociceptive and antihistamine effects,and have been used for the treatment of various dermatoses.Tricyclic antidepressants (TCA) and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are the most widely used antidepressants.The diseases that can be treated by antidepressants include primary psychiatric disorders,dermatoses related to stress or emotion,cutaneous sensory disorders and mental status-unrelated dermatoses.These drugs have shown good therapeutic effects,few adverse effects,and are of great value for the improvement of patients' quality of life.
