摘要神经梅毒是梅毒螺旋体侵犯中枢神经系统引起的一种慢性感染性疾病,随着梅毒和HIV感染群体的扩大,神经梅毒受到科研人员和临床工作者的重视.近年来,研究表明,辅助性T细胞17和调节性T淋巴细胞可能在神经梅毒的发生发展中起重要作用.神经梅毒临床表现复杂多变且缺乏特征性,随着受重视的程度加大,越来越多的临床工作者分析神经梅毒的临床特点,为进一步研究神经梅毒的发病机制、临床诊断和治疗提供新的思路.

abstractsNeurosyphilis,a chronic infectious disease affecting the central nervous system,is caused by Treponema pallidum.With the increasing prevalence of syphilis and HIV infection,neurosyphilis has attracted increasing attention from scientific researchers and clinical workers.Recent researches have indicated that T helper type 17 cells and regulatory T cells may play important roles in the occurrence and development of neurosyphilis.Neurosyphilis has complicated and nonspecific clinical manifestations,and usually mimics many other diseases.More and more studies have been conducted to describe the clinical features of neurosyphilis.This review summarizes advances in neurosyphilis,which may offer new clues for further exploration into the pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and treatment of neurosyphilis.
